Quality at Metron is a documented system, not a slogan.
The laboratory operates a management system conforming to ISO/IEC 17025:2017. Our Quality Policy and quality objectives are documented in the laboratory’s Quality Manual and communicated to all personnel.
Metron is an ISO 9001:2015 certified company, and is accredited to NABL as per ISO/IEC 17025:2017 for select tests covered under its scope of accreditation.
Testing activities are undertaken impartially. Personnel are free from commercial, financial and other pressures that could compromise results. All customer information and test data are treated as confidential and protected, except where required by law or authorised by the customer.
